After the order has been delivered to the filed shipping address, you have 30 days to return the product to us.
You can submit your return request through the following link: https://refurbishedebikebattery.returnless.com/
By clicking this link you will be redirected to our return page, in which you fill in a brief form stating why you wish to return your order. After your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your products back to us and a shipment label for your local postal company.
We kindly ask you to return the products in the original box in the same condition as you received them. You can read our return policy here.

When will my order be delivered?
We strive to keep you well informed about the status of your order. If you created an account during your purchase, you can track your order status through your account. If you didn't create an account, we recommend checking the tracking information sent to you via email in the order confirmation. In the order confirmation you will be able to check the status of the delivery.
If you did you not receive an email with the tracking information, please contact our customer service, they will be able to assist you further!
Shipping costs
For orders with an order value of €100 or more, shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. For orders with a lower order value, the shipping cost is €5.95. Returning products is free if the product is delivered incorrectly or is defective; otherwise, you will be charged a maximum of €4 for return shipping costs. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.

Which payment options are there?
During checkout, you have the following payment options:
1. iDeal: With iDEAL or credit card payment, we receive the payment immediately. We will dispatch your order on the same day, provided the products are in stock.
2. Klarna Pay Later: When using Klarna Pay Later, you pay after receiving the products. If the items are in stock, we will ship the order on the same day. The invoice will follow after you have received your order.
3. Klarna Pay in Installments / in3: If you choose Klarna Pay in Installments or in3, you pay a portion of the order amount when placing the order. After receiving your order, you pay the remaining amount as selected in the payment options.
4. Credit Card

6. Sofort Banking
7. Bank Transfer: When paying via bank transfer, the order will be delivered 1 to 2 working days after we have received the payment.

Payment Rejected: Confirm if your payment method details are correct. If issues persist, it may be related to your credit card company/bank. We recommend contacting them first. Your card might be blocked, deactivated, or the limit exceeded. You can try the payment again after 24 hours.

I didn't receive an order confirmation
If you placed an order with an account, you can view the order confirmation and invoice in the order overview. Additionally, you can find your invoice in the email associated with your order.
